We'll define the ideal customers you are building this channel for and validate that positioning through interviewing those customers. These interviews will be reviewed and manually transcribed, uncovering problems and insights we can use to inform your initial material.

Creation

We'll work together to create material that genuinely and helpfully addresses these problems. I'll produce draft material featuring key ideas for you to work from**, and we'll rework those drafts to include your words, phrases, examples, expertise, and formatting.
